The BMZ-F Series self-priming PFA/PTFE-lined magnetic pusher pump integrates the advantages of a self-priming Type pump and magnetic push pump,features a small size,light weight and easy in maintenance.

It is suitable for almost all a corrosive media: concentrated liquids with a density greater than 1.84 t/m³ and strong acids and alkalis.

This pump provides an ideal alternative to submerged pumps.

Magnetic Drive Technology: Utilizes rare-earth permanent magnets for both internal and external magnets, eliminating magnetic eddy current losses common in traditional magnetic drive pumps.
Corrosion Resistance: The pump body is lined with PFA/PTFE, providing excellent resistance to all strong acids and alkalis.
Self-Priming Function: Can self-prime up to 5 meters, making it a versatile solution for applications requiring both self-priming and leak-free, low-noise operations.
Compact and Durable Design: The electric motor is directly coupled to the pump, supported by a central bracket. This ensures a sturdy and compact structure that can withstand the weight of the piping and mechanical impacts.
Easy Maintenance: The unique back-pullout design allows for simple internal inspection and part replacement without removing the piping, reducing downtime and maintenance efforts.
Temperature: up to 120°C as required, insulation measures can be customized as required.
Non-Metallic Isolation Sleeve: The pump features an isolation sleeve made from imported non-metallic materials, significantly improving mechanical strength and preventing eddy current effects.
