Technical assessment
Before production, our engineering team assesses your pump design, considering factors like head, capacity, and other medium details.
Material verification
We can verify the materials used to manufacture your parts if requested. The manufacturer will provide a report including material type, heat number, grade, dimensions, mechanical properties, and chemical analysis.
On-site inspection system
In precision machining, parts must always be at the right position, which an on-site inspection system automatically verifies and adjusts as needed, helping avoid issues at the start, saving money and time.
In-process quality control
At GTC Pumps, we comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards, and conduct routine inspections to prevent risks.

We provide full inspection reports for all orders. This report will include the following: quality of parts, experimental report, test record, etc
