BMY(single-stage) / BMYD(multi-stage)

It is best suitable for transporting liquids in a cross-sector of industries like chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, electroplating, electronics, synthetic fibers, fertilizers, toxic and highly corrosive material, and lastly the nuclear waste liquids.

The BMY model is one-stage and the BMYD model is multi-stage. 

The liquid in the pump is released from a separate discharge pipe. 

The faced liquid is expelled through a separate discharge pipe. 

Impellers can generally be classified into two types; closed and open. 

Pump shaft is solid and shaft length is at most 1.5 meters, providing stability. 

Axial forces are dynamically balanced by a balancing disk and the plain bearings are lubricated by the pumping medium. 

Sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) is the most common bearing material; however, other wear-resistant materials such as YWN8 can also be used. 

A coupling connects the drive motor to an external magnetic rotor.

Secondly, the motor casing is arranged to be naturally cooled or water cooled and the motor casing can be secondary sealed with a dry gas mechanical seal. 

  • External Protection Design: Effectively prevents radial movement and damage to the outer magnetic rotor due to bearing failure, ensuring safety and reliability.
  • High-Performance Isolation Sleeve: Made from TC4 titanium alloy, this material offers high strength and resistance, reducing the thickness of the isolation sleeve and lowering eddy current losses to 30% of that in standard austenitic stainless steel sleeves.
  • Thermal Compensation Design: The shaft sleeve features an expansion sleeve that absorbs thermal expansion and ensures concentric positioning, guaranteeing stable, fault-free operation of the pump.
  • Efficient Internal Circulation: The clever internal circulation structure stabilizes cooling and lubrication, reduces cavitation, and improves efficiency.
  • Modular Shaft Components: The sliding bearings, shaft sleeves, and thrust discs are designed as modular components, offering a more durable and easy-to-maintain alternative to traditional heat-fitted designs.
  • Durable Materials: The shaft components are made of YWN8 hard alloy, known for its high strength, wear resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance.
  • Internal Protection: Prevents radial movement of the internal magnetic rotor assembly, protecting the isolation sleeve from damage and ensuring safe operation.
  • Maintenance Convenience: The design includes a disassembly rod to easily decouple the internal and external magnetic drives, facilitating maintenance.
