Compared to high-speed and multi-stage pumps, the BMQ series has a much simpler structure with a shorter axial length, fewer components, and easier maintenance.

The BMQD Series eliminates axial forces due to its symmetrical impeller design, improving pump reliability and reducing wear.

This feature makes it especially effective in small flow, high-head applications.

They are ideal for handling flammable, explosive, toxic, hazardous, and corrosive media with low impurity content, as well as media that cannot leak or cause contamination.

However, they are not suitable for transporting media containing ferromagnetic materials.

Constant Head Design: Thanks to the tangential flow pump design, the head remains constant from zero to design flow, making it particularly suitable for applications with nozzles or other systems requiring self-adjusting flow characteristics.
Low Sensitivity to Clearances: The pump performs consistently even as the clearance between the impeller and the pump casing changes due to wear or corrosion, ensuring stable performance over time.
Optimized Structure: The BMQD Series features a back-to-back impeller arrangement, which minimizes axial thrust and extends the life of consumable parts. The internal structure is improved by replacing the traditional cantilever shaft design with a two-bearing support structure, significantly reducing vibration and noise, leading to more stable and safer long-term operation.
