The BMA and BME series are a new generation of pumps developed on the basis of the traditional ZA and ZE chemical process pumps.

These pumps provide an ideal solution for leak-free pumping systems in chemical processes.

Designed with a modular approach, the series features highly interchangeable components with a high degree of standardization.

The performance curve is stable without any 'humps,' and the pumps offer excellent anti-cavitation characteristics.

Compared to similar products, they reduce installation height by approximately 25-30% and achieve higher efficiency.

Conforming to API 685 standards, these pumps are highly reliable, easy to maintain, and particularly well-suited for the oil and chemical industries.

Fully Sealed, Leak-Free, and Pollution-Free
CFD-Optimized Hydraulics: Wide flow paths, high efficiency, excellent cavitation resistance, and minimal radial forces.
Precision-Cast Flow Components: Manufactured using silica sol and wax casting, ensuring accurate dimensions, clean and smooth flow paths, and high efficiency.
Self-Cooling Lubricated Drive: The self-cooling, lubricated drive system requires no additional piping, reducing engineering costs.
Minimal Seals: The pump requires only 1-2 seals, ensuring optimal safety.
Low-Vortex Isolation Sleeve: Enhances efficiency by reducing vortex formation.
Flexible Motor Options: Choose between direct-coupled or coupling-based motor configurations.
Multiple Circulation Options: Supports self-circulation, forced circulation with an auxiliary impeller, pressure circulation with an auxiliary impeller, and external circulation to meet different operational conditions.
Temperature Control: Optional cooling or heating jacket structure for temperature-sensitive fluids.
Installation Options: Available in both foot-mounted and center-line configurations to suit different temperature conditions. Basic models use foot support, while high-temperature models use center support.
Flange Standards: Supports ANSI, GB, HG, and other standards.
Balanced Axial Force Design: The magnetic drive pump operates with fully balanced axial forces, ensuring minimal wear on the thrust bearing, which only experiences axial thrust during startup. The system has virtually zero wear during long-term operation.
