It's engineered to carry high-temperature media safely. The pump has four key elements: the motor, the magnetic coupling, the cooling system, and the corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump casing. The magnetic coupling, made from high-temperature rare-earth permanent magnets, is capable of withstanding media at temperatures of up to 450°C without causing shaft misalignment or torque loss. In order to minimize the heat from the high-temperature medium that is passed to the motor, a water cooling system is arranged between the motor and magnetic coupling. In light of this, the motor runs properly and carries the high-temperature medium without lethights. The pump is perfect for high-temperature thermal oil heating applications or any similar environment involving thermal fluid. It is effective in handling high-temperature flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, low-boiling liquids with valuable heavy metals and rare earth products and also in a variety of corrosives.
