BM-F Series PFA/PTFE-Lined Magnetic Drive Pump which are special designed for corrosive media( such as Acid, alkali, oxidizing agent )up to 100°C(standard performance), without using metallic generation parts. It is suitable for transfer of liquids across chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, electronics, synthetic fibre, fertiliser, toxic & highly corrosive & even nuclear waste liquids industries.
Fluorine-Lined Components: The pump body, impeller, and isolation sleeve are made from PFA/PTFE material, molded in one piece, free from impurities, making it highly suitable for transporting high-purity and highly corrosive chemicals. Durable Outer Shell: The pump casing is made from ductile iron or stainless steel, providing excellent mechanical strength and the ability to withstand heavy pipeline loads. Smooth Hydraulic Performance: The flow components are lined with PFA/PTFE, ensuring smooth flow channels, excellent hydraulic performance, minimal hydraulic friction losses, and high efficiency. Hard, Wear-Resistant Materials: The pump shaft, bearing sleeve, and dynamic/static rings are made from sintered silicon carbide (SSiC), offering high hardness, wear resistance, and superior corrosion resistance. Lubrication and Cooling Design: The unique lubrication design of the bearing sleeve’s inner bore allows for better lubrication, cooling, and efficient heat dissipation during operation. Enhanced Pressure Resistance: The isolation sleeve is reinforced with a custom PPS material cover, enabling the pump to withstand higher system pressures and eliminate heat generated by eddy currents in metal sleeves. High-Strength Permanent Magnets: The internal and external magnetic components are made with super-strong permanent magnets for enhanced drive efficiency and reliability.
