Special working conditions:
- High media safety requirements: transport of DMF, DMAC and other toxic, flammable and explosive solvents, need to strictly prevent leakage.
- Strong corrosive environment: the medium contains strong corrosive components (such as acids), need to be corrosion-resistant materials.
- Diversified needs: part of the process requires self-priming function (suction range of 4m), need to deal with trace particles of liquid (diaphragm pumps).
- Harsh operating environment: equipment for more than 2 years continuous operation, noise ≤ 80dB (1 meter).

- Traditional mechanical seal pumps are prone to leakage, safety hazards and environmental issues.
- Corrosive media lead to short pump body life, high maintenance costs.

Core Solutions
Full range of leak-free designs:
- Magnetic drive centrifugal pump: adopts polymagnetic coupling (samarium-cobalt magnet) and C-276 Hastelloy insulating sleeve to completely eliminate shaft seal leakage.
- Air operated diaphragm pump: Teflon diaphragm insulation, suitable for particulate media (e.g. liquid seal tank discharge).
Material Customization:
- The overflow parts are made of 304/316L stainless steel, and the slide bearing is made of YWN8 tungsten carbide alloy (corrosion and wear resistant).
- Seal material: PTFE, perfluoroether, graphite/lead are prohibited (anti-media contamination).
Low maintenance design:
- Bearing life ≥ 8000 hours, axial force self-balancing technology to reduce wear.
- Pump chamber polishing treatment (surface roughness Ra ≤ 3.2), flow channel pickling passivation, reduce the risk of clogging.
Performance guarantee:
- head deviation ≤ ± 5%, motor power reserve margin (such as the following 15kW motor power redundancy ≥ 25%).
- Frequency converter motor is equipped with an independent explosion-proof cooling fan to adapt to the needs of frequency control.
Adaptable to complex working conditions:
- Self-priming magnetic pump (BMZ series) realizes 4m suction range and supports intermittent operation.
- Air-operated diaphragm pump (QBK-15) is resistant to idling and adjustable flow/pressure (air consumption 0.3 m³/min).
