In order to meet the demand for the production of methyl crosslinking agent and mixed crosslinking agent, the project adopts 78 sets of magnetic drive pumps (including magnetical drive centrifugal pumps, magnetical drive vortex pumps and fluorine-lined magnetic pumps) for conveying highly corrosive, toxic and explosive media (e.g. trichloromethylsilane methyl, ethylene oxide and butanone oxime hydrochloride, etc.).
Project brief 1.5 to 4.5 m (customized according to pump model) Special working conditions, pain points and solutions Corrosion of metal parts, short service lifeIndustry New chemical materials Media Methyltrichlorosilane, hydroxylamine aqueous solution, butanone oxime, liquid alkali, 120# gasoline, ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, etc. Flow rate 1.2~90 m³/h Head 10~50 m NPSHr Special working conditions Pain Points Solutions High temperature media (some media temperature up to 120℃) Conventional seals are prone to failure and bearing lubrication is difficult Internal circulation cooling design + silicon carbide bearings, temperature resistance up to 150°C Strongly corrosive media (e.g. 32% liquid alkali, hydrogen chloride) S30408/F46 fluorine lining material + tungsten carbide shaft system (corrosion resistant PV value>3.0MPa-m/s) Flammable and explosive environment (e.g. 120# gasoline, ethylene oxide) High risk of leakage and safety hazard Full magnetic seal-less design + explosion-proof motor (Exd II BT4) Viscous/solids-containing media (e.g. methyl silicate mixtures) Conventional pumps are inefficient and prone to clogging Customized wide flow channel impeller + high head vortex pump design (15% efficiency increase) Low temperature liquids (e.g. -5°C ethylene oxide) Material low temperature brittleness risk Titanium alloy insulation sleeve + jacket insulation design (temperature control accuracy ±1℃)
